What does TV mounting cost in Toronto?

Nobody can quote a screen they have not seen. What anyone can do is tell you which five things move the number, and why each one moves it.

How high should a TV be mounted?

The most common fault in a wall mounted television is not the fixing. It is that the screen ended up a foot higher than it should be.

Mounting a 75 or 85 inch TV

Everything about a large panel is a step change: the weight, the bracket, the number of studs it needs, and the box it arrives in.
