The first is the wall. Condo walls are often poured concrete or block rather than timber stud, which changes the fixings entirely: sleeve or wedge anchors set with a hammer drill rather than lag screws into framing. That usually makes for a stronger mount, not a weaker one. Interior partitions in the same unit are often steel stud, which needs a different fixing again.
The second is the building. Many towers want the service lift booked and a certificate of insurance on file with management before a trade is allowed up. Tell us which building you are in when you book and we will deal with that side of it.
